A simple dinner for me tonight. Swiss on wheat, with freshly brewed Tropical Jasmine iced tea. Tomorrow, I will be teaching a friend how to make boy-friendly lasagna. My favorite thing about lasagna is that you can get super creative with it, or not, and it's usually always good.
