Somehow, I just can't get it right. Last time, I boiled it too much, this time not enough.
Will the third time be just right? Let's hope so. On the bright side, at least there's no green film!

this is my technique:
put eggs in a pot and fill about a half inch to an inch over the eggs. bring water to a boil and then turn off the heat! let the eggs sit for 10 minutes and then drain them. it works like a charm for me.

Well, I got this method from www.allrecipes.com, and it's basically the same as yours, except it says to let them sit for 14-17 minutes. I let mine sit for 16 minutes and they still weren't cooked. Next time, I might boil a bunch of eggs and take them out 1 egg at a time at different time intervals, and see which one works best.
