
It made my famous little trifle! I thought this would be a perfect treat for the 4th of July, and it was.

I used a fat free creamer and it made the cream a little more watered down, but it still tasted good, and was a lot less fattening!

Speaking of sweets, we also payed a visit to the lovely Canter's this week. We actually ate at Nova Express, but it's a short walk across the street for a good cookie at Canter's!


Tonight, I'm going to make a fresh veggie stew! Pictures tomorrow (if my internet connection stops acting funny).
