Strawberry Cupcakes
I know Christmas time is all about sugar cookies and gingerbread, but for some reason I felt like making strawberry cupcakes instead.

Oh the embarassment.. Betty Crocker's Super Moist Strawberry cake mix.. in my defense, I was in a huge hurry! But also, my mom used to make this when I was a little girl and I LOVED it! It's a nostalgia thing for me!
