Sweet Potato Fries

One cut sweet potato, a light spray of olive oil, and a generous sprinkle of salt and pepper makes a pretty decent meal.
Sweet Potato Fries
Bake the fries at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes, turn them over, and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

No need for ketchup with these fries...

These look so good. I love Sweet Potatoes, but Ive never had them in fry form... I'll have to try and find some, or attempt making them myself.

you should try grilling sweet potatoes also, no need for ketchup with those too.
