Pate Brisee with steak and lamb, marinated with paprika, baked at 350 for about 40 minutes. Next time, I think I will add onions, Empanada style, and also use a different dough. The Pate Brisee tasted a bit to crumbly and I think I was going for something fluffy.

Meat Pie
What's with all the pies, right? I have to admit, I recently watched the movie, Waitress, which really got me into baking pies. This is my pie-ish attempt at an Empanada, but it's not really an Empanada, and more of a meat pie.
